• Device and Browser Information: We may collect browser type, device type, OS version, IP address, and crash or performance logs to keep the service reliable and secure.
• Subscription Data: Web subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. If you subscribe through the iOS companion app, Apple processes that payment. We receive subscription status and transaction metadata, but not full card details.
• Analytics: We use analytics tools to understand site traffic, product usage, and conversion performance so we can improve the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide AI-powered prop analysis and pick recommendations across supported sports
• Operate your account, subscription, and saved preferences across the web app and companion app
• Improve model quality, product performance, and conversion flows
• Monitor, prevent, and investigate technical issues, abuse, and fraud
• Send transactional emails or product notifications you opt into

3. Data Storage and Security

We store account, subscription, and product data with secure cloud infrastructure providers so the website, web app, and companion app can function properly. Some local preferences may also be stored in your browser or device.

API communications between your device and our servers are transmitted over HTTPS. We use access controls, logging, and infrastructure safeguards designed to protect your information, but no system is completely risk-free.

• Apple App Store: If you subscribe through the iOS companion app, Apple processes the payment under its own terms and policies.
• Google Analytics and PostHog: Usage and conversion analytics to improve the website and web app.
• Vercel and Railway: Hosting and application infrastructure providers for the web app and backend services.
• Sports Data APIs: We aggregate publicly available odds and player statistics from licensed data providers.

Propeller provides informational sports analysis for entertainment purposes only. We do not facilitate, process, or handle gambling transactions. All betting decisions are made solely by the user on third-party platforms. Propeller does not guarantee any outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Children's Privacy

Propeller is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support@propellerpicks.com. You can also remove locally stored data by clearing your browser storage or uninstalling the companion app.

• Emailing support@propellerpicks.com from the address associated with your account
• Clearing site data in your browser to remove local preferences stored on your device
• Deleting the companion app from your device if you no longer want local mobile data stored
