Authorship and review

A named person is accountable.

Scott Olmer, founder of Propeller Picks, owns the product documentation and reviews the site's core methodology, results, and product pages. Material pages show a reviewed or modified date. Contributor or specialist credentials will be listed only when they are real and verifiable.

01

Human accountability

AI may help organize drafts or code, but a named human reviews factual claims, sources, product behavior, and final publication.

02

No invented expertise

We do not create fictional experts, reviewers, credentials, testimonials, citations, or performance claims.

03

Review dates

Core trust pages display a last-reviewed date. Major data or methodology changes trigger a new review.

Sources

Primary data comes first.

We prefer official league or event data, licensed or named market-data providers, first-party product behavior, and Propeller Picks' own public APIs. Secondary sources are used for context and should be linked or named when they support a material claim.

Source availability and freshness vary by sport. When a page depends on a dated snapshot, the snapshot date and unit should appear near the number.

Performance data

Historical rows are not a profit claim.

The historical archive contains repeated analysis snapshots and legacy retrospective data. Raw rows and entries retained under current collapse rules are different units. Neither is presented as a uniquely published forward-test, ROI, or profitability record.

The canonical definitions and live source links are maintained on the Results archive.

Corrections

Fix the claim where people see it.

When we confirm a factual error, we correct the affected page and its structured data, update the review date, and make the same correction in reusable generators or source files so the error does not return.

02

Review the evidence

We compare the claim with the underlying source, API contract, product behavior, or original data.

03

Correct and propagate

Confirmed errors are fixed in visible copy, metadata, structured data, and relevant generators. Material corrections receive a new modified date.

Independence

Commercial relationships do not rewrite analysis.

If Propeller Picks adds affiliate, sponsorship, or paid placement relationships, those relationships will be disclosed near the affected content. Payment will not be presented as independent model evidence.

Responsible use

Research is not a guarantee.

Propeller Picks does not accept wagers or operate as a sportsbook. Model signals are informational, outcomes are uncertain, and past results do not guarantee future performance. Users should follow applicable law, age restrictions, and responsible-gambling guidance.
