Delete your account

You can delete your Propeller Picks account from the mobile app. Open More, then choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Delete in the app

Open the Propeller Picks app and sign in.
Open the More tab.
Choose Delete Account.
Review the warning and confirm deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email support@propellerpicks.com from the email address connected to your Propeller account and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify that you own the account before completing the request.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your Propeller account and account-owned information, including saved picks, watchlists, tracked activity, preferences, and notification registrations. It also disconnects your sign-in and clears account-owned data stored by Propeller.

We may keep limited records when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or financial-reporting purposes. Removing the app from your phone by itself does not delete your account.

Subscriptions and refunds

Apple App Store or Google Play: Cancel the subscription separately through the store that billed you. Deleting your Propeller account does not cancel a store-managed subscription.
Stripe: When your Propeller account's Stripe customer is deleted, its Stripe-backed subscription is canceled.
Refunds: Deleting an account or canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund. Refund requests are handled separately under the billing provider's applicable rules.
