1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Propeller Picks application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App provides AI-powered sports analysis using a multi-agent system across NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, Soccer (EPL & MLS), and UFC. The service includes:
- Confidence scores and projections for player performance props
- AI-generated pick recommendations and parlay suggestions
- Historical performance analytics and win rate tracking
- Line movement tracking and multi-book odds comparison
- Watchlist alerts and daily digest notifications
⚠️ Important: The App is an analytical tool only. It does not accept bets, process wagers, or handle any financial transactions. All betting activities are conducted through third-party platforms at the user's sole discretion.
3. No Guarantee of Results
The App's predictions, confidence scores, projections, and recommendations are generated by AI models and statistical analysis. No prediction system can guarantee future results.
- Past performance does not guarantee future outcomes
- Confidence scores represent analytical signal strength, not probabilities of winning
- All sporting events involve inherent uncertainty
- Users should not rely solely on the App's analysis for any decisions
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Propeller Picks offers a free tier and a premium subscription (Propeller Pro):
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
- Free trial: if offered, the unused portion of the trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription
5. User Responsibilities
By using the App, you agree that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You will use the App for informational and entertainment purposes
- You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the App's analysis
- You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
- You will practice responsible gambling habits
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, algorithms, and AI models within the App are the property of Propeller Picks and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App's AI models
- Redistribute or resell the App's analysis
- Use automated systems to scrape data from the App
- Use the App's branding or content without permission
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

- Financial losses from decisions based on the App's analysis
- Loss of data stored on your device
- Interruption of service
- Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
