Propeller Picks ("the App") collects and processes the following types of information:

• Locally Stored Data: Your saved parlays, bet history, sportsbook preferences, and tutorial progress are stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves your device.
• API Requests: When you browse props, generate parlays, or request AI analysis, we send requests to our backend server containing only the necessary parameters (game date, player names, stat types). No personal identifiers are included.
• Device Information: We may collect basic device type and OS version for crash reporting and performance optimization.
• Subscription Data: If you subscribe to Propeller Pro, payment is processed by Apple via your Apple ID. We receive transaction receipts and subscription status through RevenueCat — we never see your payment details.
• Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data (screens viewed, features used) to improve the app experience. No personally identifiable information is collected.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide AI-powered prop analysis and pick recommendations across NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, Soccer, and UFC
• Store your preferences, watchlist, and tracking history locally on your device
• Improve the accuracy of our prediction models
• Monitor and fix technical issues
• Send push notifications you've opted into (e.g., watchlist alerts, line movement)

3. Data Storage and Security

Your personal data (saved bets, preferences, watchlist) is stored exclusively on your device using React Native AsyncStorage. We do not maintain user accounts or store personal data on our servers.

API communications between the App and our backend server are transmitted over HTTPS encryption. Our backend server processes requests statelessly — it does not store or log individual user requests.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may interact with the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: Subscription payments are processed by Apple. We receive transaction receipts and subscription status only — we never see your payment details.
• RevenueCat: Anonymized subscription management. See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
• Firebase Analytics: Anonymized usage analytics to improve the app. See Firebase privacy policy.
• Expo / React Native: Framework for building and distributing the app.
• Sports Data APIs: We aggregate publicly available odds and player statistics from licensed data providers.

5. Disclaimer

The App provides informational sports analysis for entertainment purposes only. We do not facilitate, process, or handle any gambling transactions. All betting decisions are made solely by the user on third-party platforms. The App does not guarantee any outcomes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time by:

• Using "Delete Account" in the App's settings to permanently remove your account and all server-side data
• Clearing the App's data through your device settings to remove locally stored data
• Uninstalling the App

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
